COVID-19 Update from Oak Hills Family Practice and Med Spa
The health and well-being of our patients and staff is our highest concern. We are following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and well as the Health Department. We would like to keep our patients advised as office policy and guidelines change.
First and foremost, don’t panic. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water (or use hand sanitizer), and practice social distancing. If you’re sick, stay home. Call my office or your doctor if you have any questions.
Please call our office for an appointment. Do not walk in without an appointment at this time. We will ask you a series of questions to determine if it’s best for you to stay home, come in or offer you a phone visit with a provider.
If you have a cough and/or fever, you will be asked to wear a mask.
Please come by yourself or leave family members in car whenever possible. We have limited waiting room space. Let us know if you need assistance before your arrival.
Sick patients will not be left in the waiting room but will be brought back to exam room immediately. Only well patients will be seated in waiting room. In spite of this, we have labeled seating so as to keep all patients in waiting area a minimum of 6 feet apart.
We will attempt to collect co-pays and any determined payments over the phone if possible to limit your time at the front desk.
We know that this is a difficult time for everyone. We are here for you. Call if you have questions.
Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord. “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation-whom shall I fear? The Lord is my stronghold of my life-of whom shall I be afraid?
